These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between af99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the af99 website at https://af99.onl and any associated subdomains or applications.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the af99 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To access af99 games and services, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the af99 platform. af99 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently closed, all balances including winnings will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.
af99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of address. Players must submit requested documents within 14 calendar days. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
To be eligible to register and use af99, you must:
af99 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately forfeited and the account permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your af99 account credentials, including your username and password. af99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
Your password must be of sufficient complexity and must not be shared with any third party. af99 recommends using a unique password not used on any other website or service. You should change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your af99 account, you must notify af99 customer support immediately at [email protected]. af99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. af99 is not liable for losses incurred prior to the point at which you notify us of the unauthorised access.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by af99, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. af99 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.
af99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment channels. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges; af99 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment services.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. af99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours; actual transfer times depend on the payment channel used.
af99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where:
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). af99 does not hold multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required when using international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) will be handled by the respective card network or issuing bank at their applicable exchange rate.
af99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the account balance without notice.
af99 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gameplay.
All bets and wagers placed on af99 are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule will prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms will prevail in respect of account, payment, and conduct matters.
af99 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until the platform has issued an explicit confirmation. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, payout calculation, or any other aspect of the gaming service, af99 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any errors. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unambiguous mistake that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. af99 will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on an erroneous game display or payout figure.
Live betting markets are offered on selected cricket and sports events. Odds in live markets change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not the time of submission. af99 is not responsible for internet or connection delays that result in a bet being placed at different odds than those viewed by the player.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the af99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

af99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.
af99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, af99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address on your account. Your continued use of the af99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. af99 operates as an offshore platform.
